The Customer Collaboration \& Performance Manager acts as a strategic partner for key customers (strategic \& developing), ensuring seamless integration of processes and fostering long\-term relationships. The focus is on optimizing collaboration, improving processes and monitoring service levels for all customers, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experience and sustainable growth. The **Customer Collaboration \& Performance Manager** is part of the Customer Supply Chain Professional within the business group FrieslandCampina Professional. BG Professional is responsible for selling, planning, producing, and delivering products globally across different channels.
