Position Summary: Responsible for monitoring and supervising the execution of construction coordination services (ECOP) to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to technical guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of construction coordination projects (ECOP) 2. Technical support and review of operator implementation projects 3. Cost control, schedule management, and documentation management for construction projects Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the proper execution of contracted construction coordination services (ECOP), with the objective of ensuring service quality, compliance with applicable regulations, and adherence to procedures and guidelines established by the Property’s Technical Management. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Monitoring tenant impacts during construction. Impact mitigation plan, communication to tenants, and management of incidents arising from construction activities. Providing technical support to the property’s technical team and Project Management. Reviewing operator implementation projects. Managing construction-related documentation. Monitoring construction progress. Controlling costs and schedules. Managing tender processes: identifying contractors and preparing comparative analyses. Ensuring compliance with current regulations and protocols established by Technical Management. Coordinating private construction works effectively with the asset management team. REQUIREMENTS **Minimum Education:** Engineering or Technical Engineering degree Postgraduate studies are an advantage **Minimum Experience:** 3 years providing Project Management or ECOP services. Preferably in Offices or Retail sectors.
