Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the execution of Construction Coordination Services (ECOP) to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of tenant impacts and incident management during construction. 2. Technical support, project review, and documentation management for construction projects. 3. Cost control, schedule management, and coordination with the asset management team. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the proper execution of contracted Construction Coordination Services (ECOP), aiming to ensure service quality, compliance with applicable regulations, and adherence to procedures and guidelines established by the Property’s Technical Management. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitoring tenant impacts during the construction period. Impact mitigation plan, communication to tenants, and management of incidents arising from construction activities. Technical support to the property’s technical team and project management. Review of operator rollout projects. Documentation management for construction projects. Construction progress monitoring. Cost and schedule control. Tender management. Identification of contractors and preparation of comparative analyses. Ensuring compliance with current regulations and protocols set forth by Technical Management. Coordinating private construction works effectively with the asset management team. REQUIREMENTS **Minimum Education:** Engineering or Technical Engineering degree; postgraduate studies are desirable. **Minimum Experience:** 3 years providing Project Management or ECOP services. Office or Retail sectors preferred. Experience in retail-sector construction companies is desirable. **Minimum Requirements:** Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM is desirable. Advanced English proficiency. Valid driver’s license.
