We are seeking a workshop manager for a wood carpentry workshop in San Roque, Cádiz. Main responsibilities include organizing and planning daily production, coordinating and supervising the carpentry and operations team, and interpreting technical drawings to verify correct execution. It is also necessary to monitor quality throughout the entire process, manage production timelines to meet delivery deadlines, and coordinate material procurement. Additional duties include resolving manufacturing issues, proposing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience as workshop supervisor, production supervisor, or production manager, along with knowledge of furniture manufacturing and custom carpentry, as well as proficiency in operating sector-specific machinery. Leadership, organizational and team management skills are required; candidates should also be solution-oriented and results-driven. Professional training in Carpentry and Furniture, as well as occupational risk prevention training, are considered advantageous. This is a permanent full-time position, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, and a monthly salary of 2\.500 euros.
