Job Description We are seeking a professional for concierge and maintenance services to work across various buildings in Madrid. This position is exclusively reserved for individuals holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Main Responsibilities * Welcoming and receiving visitors. * Managing access control and supervising entries and exits. * Opening and closing facilities. * Handling incidents and communicating with property owners. * Inspecting common areas and providing basic support for maintenance tasks. * Performing minor repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, simple adjustments, restocking supplies). * Safeguarding keys and supervising deliveries and parcels. * Notifying and coordinating with technical services when necessary. Requirements * **Disability certificate ≥33%** (mandatory). * Prior experience in concierge, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). · Basic maintenance knowledge (simple electrical work, light plumbing, manual tools). · Strong communication skills and courteous demeanor. · Responsibility, punctuality, and organizational ability. · Legal authorization to work in Spain. · Immediate availability.
