Description
We are seeking two Maintenance Specialist Technicians to join the IPV Palace & SPA Hotel located in Fuengirola – Málaga. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience performing maintenance duties within a hotel environment, possessing solid knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs. Candidates must have their own vehicle to commute to the worksite. It is highly desirable to have formal training in Electricity, Plumbing, and HVAC, as well as an officially certified Legionella treatment course.
Responsibilities:
\- Preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities.
\- Ensure proper operation of technical systems including electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment.
\- Guarantee that hotel facilities remain in optimal condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment.
Offered:
\- Contract: Fixed-term, with potential conversion to indefinite.
\- Working hours: 40 hours per week.
\- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with two rest days.

\- Salary: According to the Málaga Hospitality Collective Agreement.
Minimum Requirements
MANDATORY:
\- Experience: Candidates must demonstrate at least 3 years of verifiable experience in hotel maintenance.
\- Knowledge: Proficiency in electrical installations, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
\- Language: Spanish.
\- Sector: Maintenance.
\- Start date: Immediate.
\- Other: Own vehicle for commuting to the worksite.
VALUABLE:
\- Qualifications: Vocational Training (FP) in Electricity, Plumbing, or HVAC.
\- Course: Officially certified Legionella treatment course.
