Operational and coordination work with opportunities for professional development. **Location:** Marratxí **Working Hours:** Full-time, rotating shift between mornings and afternoons **Sector:** Industrial laundry **Reports to:** Management / Plant Management **Contract Type:** Permanent **Salary:** Approx. €1,800 gross/month, depending on experience and fit **Job Description** We are looking for a candidate to join as Deputy Plant Manager at an industrial laundry located in Marratxí. This is primarily an operational role. The selected candidate will work directly on the production floor, progressively learning and mastering the various areas of the laundry: ironing, folding, packaging, washing, and order preparation. The goal is to hire a practical, solution-oriented individual who can actively engage in daily operations, share responsibilities with another plant manager, and gradually assume greater autonomy in organizing operational activities. We seek someone who understands work from the production floor perspective and has the capacity to grow professionally within the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform operational tasks across different areas of the industrial laundry. * Progressively learn and master ironing, folding, packaging, and washing processes. * Support the daily organization of work on the production floor. * Collaborate with the Plant Manager in team coordination. * Gradually assume plant opening and closing duties. * Supervise that work is carried out correctly during the first or last hours of the day. * Generate, review, and supervise delivery notes. * Help maintain order, workflow pace, and task completion. * Identify operational issues and escalate or resolve them as appropriate. * Ensure the team follows established guidelines for each shift. **Requirements** * Prior experience in industrial laundry is mandatory. * Experience in production environments, operational settings, or plant-based work will be valued. * Ability to actively participate in daily operations. * Aptitude for learning various production processes. * Judgment, character, and ability to organize others' work. * Skill in coordinating teams through proximity and example. * Practical, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. * Availability to progressively assume plant opening and closing duties. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time working hours. * Approximate salary of €1,800 gross per month + variable component * Opportunity to join a stable company. * Position offering professional growth and the possibility of progressively assuming greater responsibilities. * Internal training on the laundry's own processes. * Direct on-site work with operational and coordination responsibilities. **If you have experience in laundry operations, enjoy operational work, and are seeking a stable position offering professional growth, we want to meet you.** Salary: €22,000.00–€25,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
