At **Maxwell Atlantic**, a company specializing in printed circuit board manufacturing and part of Televés Corporación, we are looking to hire a CAM PCB Engineer to strengthen our Engineering team. The position will play a key role in the company’s technological evolution toward high-reliability markets such as aerospace, defense, and security. The main mission will be CAM processing of PCB designs, including analysis of customer input data and generation of necessary manufacturing documentation. Additionally, the role entails ensuring manufacturability through close collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams, and acting as the technical liaison with customers to resolve queries and adapt designs to manufacturing requirements. We seek professionals with experience in PCBs, electronics, or CAM environments; strong analytical ability; attention to detail; and communication skills to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. We offer the opportunity to join a strategic advanced electronics project, participating in technological developments for leading customers in highly demanding sectors. **Responsibilities** * Analyze printed circuit board designs and industrialize them using CAM tools, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and compliance with project technical requirements. * Act as the technical liaison with customers to resolve queries, clarify requirements, and adapt designs to manufacturing capabilities and constraints. * Ensure compliance with IPC standards and other applicable requirements for high-reliability sectors, participating in coupon definition, design modifications, and acceptance criteria. * Drive continuous improvement of Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines and CAM engineering processes, promoting automation and optimization through dedicated tools and developments. * Define and maintain the technical documentation required to accurately transfer customer requirements to manufacturing, including production specifications, inspection, traceability, packaging, and shipping. * Manage technical change control, ensuring proper evaluation, documentation, and implementation of modifications throughout the product lifecycle. **Requirements** * Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering (Electronics specialization). * Experience in PCB design (preferably RF) and/or CAM processing for printed circuit board manufacturing. * Experience in technically and quality-demanding environments, especially valued in aerospace, defense, automotive, or high-reliability electronics sectors. **Key Competencies:** * Proactive profile with a practical, action-oriented approach in a production environment. * Technical and methodological rigor in task execution and documentation. * Adaptability and resilience in dynamic and transforming environments. * Customer orientation.
