DESCRIPTION At Prosegur, we seek to hire a Security Guard for a stable assignment at a high-security facility located at our Vicálvaro (Madrid) headquarters. This is a key position with a high level of responsibility, carried out from a guard booth and control center, where strict security protocols are applied and coordination with a specialized security team is required. It is an ideal opportunity for committed, service-oriented professionals seeking a solid, structured environment with real career growth potential within the company. ### **What will you do?** * Access control for staff, visitors, and suppliers. * Surveillance via video surveillance systems (CCTV). * Operational service management from the guard booth / control center. * Strict application of established security protocols. * Communication and coordination with other security teams. ### **What do we offer?** * Indefinite full-time contract, with salary according to the Private Security Collective Agreement. * Service allowance based on position type and firearm allowance (if already holding a firearm license or upon obtaining one). * Rotating shifts: **Monday to Friday**: 8-hour shifts (morning / afternoon / night); **Weekends**: 12-hour shifts. * **Training for obtaining a firearm license**, if not yet held. * Stable assignment at a reference facility. * Professional environment with a specialized security team. REQUIREMENTS ### **What are we looking for?** * Valid **Private Security Guard License (TIP)**. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Professional attitude, responsibility, and service orientation. * Prior experience in security guard positions. * Prior experience in **guard booths, control centers, or CCTV-based services** is desirable. * Residence in Madrid or willingness to commute to **Vicálvaro**.
