At least one year of demonstrable experience operating retractable forklifts is required, along with a valid official forklift operator license. Basic education equivalent to primary school level is mandatory, as well as practical knowledge of safety regulations governing industrial machinery operation. The ability to perform rotating shifts and occasionally work weekends is essential.
