The position involves a series of fundamental logistical responsibilities essential to warehouse operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of trucks and containers, ensuring that goods are handled with care and placed correctly. Additionally, they will be responsible for stacking products, optimizing available space within the warehouse facility to maintain an organized and accessible inventory. An essential part of the job involves operating specific machinery, such as counterbalanced or reach forklifts and electric pallet jacks, for internal material transport. It also includes order preparation through picking processes, using technology such as PDA scanners to ensure accuracy and fulfillment of dispatch targets. The role requires constant attention to safety and quality standards to prevent incidents and damage to goods. The work environment is dynamic and located within an industrial warehouse, where coordination with the team is key to achieving daily productivity goals. Adaptability to various logistical tasks according to current operational needs will be valued, contributing to the continuous flow of materials from receipt to dispatch. The offer includes a competitive gross hourly wage of approximately 10.50 euros, equivalent to around 1,820 euros gross per month. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts covering morning (06:00–14:00) and afternoon (14:00–22:00) schedules. The contract is a monthly coverage agreement, renewable based on production requirements, with immediate start date. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, along with at least one year of demonstrable experience in a similar role within a logistics or warehouse environment. Agility and proficiency in operating counterbalanced forklifts and electric pallet jacks are required, as well as full availability to rotate between the established morning and afternoon shifts.
