Provide first-level support, maintain full operability of the Resort's Operating Systems (both parks and hotels), and execute opening, closing, and integration processes of these systems into the corporate management system. Execute and validate results of process chains according to procedures and action lines previously established by the Systems Area Manager. Project development functions. * Keep execution procedures of process chains up to date. * Accurately know the configuration of all installed equipment. * Monitor performance and operation metrics of installed hardware. Operational functions. * Execute work requests according to established planning. * Control peripheral devices (printers, laptops, tablets, ...). * Execute processes according to established planning. * Monitor consoles of different systems/environments and act according to failure criticality and impact. * Perform startup/shutdown activities for each system as per procedures. * Report "immediately" any anomalies or potential failures occurring during job execution to Supervisors. * Execute process chains and/or initialization, integration, and shutdown applications of systems according to predefined procedures. * Initialize systems and terminate their operation according to established regulations. * Monitor anomalies arising during job execution and take necessary preventive and corrective measures to restore service. * Control and perform data, programs, and other software backups for the Resort's systems. * Handle and manage devices and peripherals integral to each system. * Attend to, resolve, or escalate user incidents related to the resort's first-level remote support systems (Helpdesk). * Comply with cybersecurity requirements. Other associated responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and propose improvements in this area. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations for the Company. * Monitor and promote improved environmental impact of the Company by encouraging good environmental practices. * Support and promote initiatives that enhance employee well-being and improve our customers' experience. * Communicate the company's values and purpose. Requirements Education: Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Network Information Systems Administration, or other qualifications within the information technology and communications professional field. * Technical level English proficiency. Experience: * 2 years of experience in similar roles is desirable. In case of internal promotion, other experiences within the technology area will also be valued. We Offer Indefinite contract.
