The selected candidate will join the **Network Operations** department, responsible for operating, monitoring, and continuously improving Orange’s mobile access network. Training Objectives During the internship period, students will be able to: * Understand how the mobile access network operates in a real-world environment. * Learn to identify and resolve basic incidents in mobile networks. * Develop skills in supplier management and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Apply telecommunications technical knowledge to practical business scenarios. * Strengthen teamwork, initiative, and adaptability to change. Training Activities Under the supervision of a specialized mentor, activities will include: * Reviewing and analyzing mobile access incidents for subsequent resolution. * Monitoring and reviewing network availability metrics. * Participating in developing improvement plans for the mobile access network. * Collaborating in supplier management and supporting coordination of technical actions. Mentoring and Follow-up The training process will be guided by **Susana Quintas Sánchez**, **Manager of the SMC department** at Orange. Learning objectives will be established from the start of the internship, with individualized follow-up, periodic feedback sessions, and continuous support to ensure a comprehensive training experience. Candidate Profile * **University Degree:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Technologies Engineering, Telematics Engineering, Industrial and Automatic Electronic Engineering, or related fields. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Telecommunications networks, Office tools. * **Languages:** English level B2 (advantageous). * **Key Competencies:** Practical application of knowledge, initiative, teamwork, adaptability to change, creativity.
