**ABOUT INTERNSHIPS OR PRACTICUMS AT ALSEA**
You will join Alsea’s team, participating daily in departmental activities and supporting various projects. You will have the opportunity to learn from within how an international company operates and contribute ideas from day one. You will provide training and support in processes and procedures of the Quality Area for brands within the Quality Department, aiming to ensure compliance with applicable regulations across all Alsea Iberia brands and safeguard our customers’ health.
What will you learn?
* Validate and monitor suppliers to ensure legal and internal compliance.
* Support the development of HACCP documentation.
* Participate in the implementation of new quality initiatives.
* Review product and material specifications to guarantee regulatory compliance.
* Collect supplier documentation to comply with the Acrylamide Regulation.
* Provide operational support to brand managers.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
* Degree in Health Sciences: preferably Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or Food Technology.
* Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Food Safety.
* Ability to sign a **practicum collaboration agreement** with your educational institution for at least 30 hours per week over a minimum duration of 6 months.
* Strong motivation to learn, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
* Advanced level of English.
