TCAE / Gerocultor – Novaedat Cullera Residence At Novaedat Cullera, we are seeking TCAE / Gerocultors to join our direct care team, working within an organizational model structured around cohabitation units and centered on Person-Centered Care (PCC). What will your responsibilities be? As a TCAE/Gerocultor, you will accompany residents in their daily lives, supporting their autonomy, well-being, and quality of life. Your main responsibilities will include: * Support and assistance with basic activities of daily living: hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility, and rest. * Individualized accompaniment of residents, respecting their preferences, routines, capabilities, and decisions. * Care and supervision within cohabitation units, contributing to the creation of a close-knit, safe, and homelike environment. * Performing postural changes, mobilizations, and transfers following established guidelines. * Supporting residents during meals and supervising proper nutrition and hydration. * Observing and communicating to the team any relevant changes in residents’ condition or behavior. * Documenting interventions performed and monitoring care plans. * Collaborating with the center’s multidisciplinary team: Nursing, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, and Socio-Cultural Animation. * Participating in activities that promote residents’ autonomy, socialization, and maintenance of functional capacities. * Maintaining order and caring for the resident’s immediate environment. What are we looking for? * Qualification as a Nursing Auxiliary Care Technician (TCAE), Technician in Care for Dependent Persons (TAPSD), or equivalent qualifying certification. * Prior experience in residential facilities, socio-health centers, or care for older adults will be valued. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Responsibility, empathy, and commitment. * Orientation toward a care model grounded in respectful treatment, dignity, and respect for each person’s autonomy.
