**Description:** ---------------- **Position Mission** We seek to appoint a Procurement Manager, reporting to the Economic and Financial Directorate, to define, manage, and optimize the supply chain of the Sant Joan de Déu Health Park, ensuring the acquisition of healthcare materials, food, maintenance services, medical equipment, and non-healthcare equipment—according to criteria of quality, economic efficiency, and sustainability—while simultaneously providing adequate support to clinical activities and all institutional areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the procurement and supply strategy aligned with the strategic and operational objectives of the Health Park. * Analyze the market to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their performance, and promote continuous improvement processes. * Establish, manage, and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable contractual terms for the institution. * Oversee the procurement and supply budget, ensuring expenditure optimization and compliance with established economic efficiency criteria. * Guarantee comprehensive warehouse management, including stock control, product traceability, and optimal rotation to minimize supply shortages and obsolescence. * Define and optimize logistics and supply processes, ensuring efficiency in receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials across various centers and services. * Collaborate transversally with different departments and services to ensure efficient planning of needs, establishing optimal stock levels, efficient replenishment systems, and periodic control and audit mechanisms to guarantee supply availability and continuity. * Analyze procurement, logistics, and warehouse data and indicators, preparing periodic reports for management with optimization proposals. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality and safety standards, particularly regarding healthcare product management, traceability, and storage conditions. * Lead and develop the procurement, warehouse, and logistics team, fostering a collaborative work environment**.** **We Offer:** * Remuneration: according to the SISCAT Collective Agreement. * Workplace: Sant Boi de Llobregat. * Contract type: Permanent. * Workload: Full-time. * Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30–15:45 (30 minutes for lunch); Friday 7:30–14:30. * Integration into a collaborative, dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement. **Requirements:** ----------------- * University degree. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, supply management, or warehouse management within the healthcare sector. * In-depth knowledge of the market and excellent negotiation skills. * Analytical and synthetic capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset. * Interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills. * Proficiency in computer tools and procurement management software (Navision). * Bilingual in Catalan and Spanish. * Public tendering and administrative contracting knowledge is desirable
