Description
We are seeking an operator to supervise the operation of an industrial plant, ensuring that all activities comply with established safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities include conducting inspection rounds to monitor equipment status and production progress, as well as identifying any anomalies and reporting them to the relevant teams. Close collaboration with operations and maintenance departments is required to ensure process efficiency and continuity.
The work environment emphasizes a culture of safety as the top priority. The operator participates in equipment handling, sample collection, data recording, and executing controlled shutdowns and startups under supervision. The initial contract is temporary, though continuity may be offered based on performance and facility requirements. Technical training in industrial or chemical fields, hands-on plant experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts are highly valued, along with a strong commitment to quality and safety objectives.
A vocational qualification in industrial, chemical, or related fields is required. Prior experience as a plant operator or in industrial settings—with a minimum of one year—is preferred. Shift work availability and a firm commitment to safety regulations and teamwork are essential.
