We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our team as an Office staff member in our kitchen. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ We are seeking a Kitchen Office staff member with at least **1 year of prior experience** in a similar role. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and impeccable presentation of our kitchen, guaranteeing efficiency and adherence to the highest quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * **Maintenance of Cleanliness and Hygiene:** You will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen, the office area, and all associated facilities in optimal cleanliness and order. This includes general cleaning of surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment. * **Washing and Disinfection:** You will wash all tableware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, ensuring proper disinfection and storage. Proper handling of industrial dishwashers and cleaning products will be essential. * **Equipment Management:** You will assist in maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment—such as ovens, stovetops, fryers, and other appliances—following established instructions and protocols. * **General Kitchen Support:** You will actively support the kitchen team in various tasks, such as basic ingredient preparation (as required and under supervision), restocking supplies at workstations, and providing general assistance to ensure seamless service flow. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Strictly adhere to all current hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
