We are seeking staff to care for residents at a residential center located in San Antonio de Benagéber (Valencia). Candidates must hold specific qualifications such as Technical Assistant in Nursing Care, Socio-Healthcare Assistance, or Assistance to Dependent Persons, along with the corresponding professional certification. A minimum of six months to one year of prior experience is required, as well as personal transportation to reach the center. Main responsibilities include supporting residents in daily activities, such as assisting with mobility, repositioning, vital signs monitoring, and collaborating in medication administration. Support duties also extend to cleaning and laundry tasks, including room organization, bed-making, and clothing management—all carried out according to personalized care plans and in close coordination with other team members. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. Remuneration complies with the Collective Agreement for Private Residential Facilities in the Valencian Community, and internal training opportunities and career advancement are available.
