Are you the kind of problem-solver who knows how to fix a faucet, tend a garden, and keep a swimming pool crystal clear? At Rosa dels Vents, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to care for and nurture our youth camp house located in Llafranc. We seek someone autonomous, who enjoys outdoor work, and wishes to be a key player in ensuring that thousands of children and young people enjoy safe, fully operational camps. What will your responsibilities be? You will be responsible for ensuring the house operates like clockwork—both indoors and across its vast outdoor spaces: * General Maintenance: Preventive and corrective repair and upkeep of building facilities (plumbing, basic electricity, painting, carpentry, etc.). * Outdoor Care: Active maintenance of gardens and flowerbeds, and preparation of sports facilities to ensure they always look perfect. * Machinery in Top Condition: Maintenance, periodic inspection, and minor repairs of center machinery. * Supply Monitoring: Supervision of energy levels (gas, diesel, butane) to guarantee uninterrupted 100% center operation. What profile are we looking for? * Versatile experience: You have worked in multifunctional maintenance of properties, hotels, campsites, residential facilities, or youth camp houses. * Autonomy and proactivity: You can organize your daily tasks independently, detect issues before they become problems, and resolve them efficiently. * Trade skills: You have strong practical ability and solid knowledge in plumbing, basic electricity, and swimming pool maintenance. * Logistics: You are available to travel to the youth camp house.
