Position Summary: We are seeking a Welding Instructor to deliver training, conduct assessments, manage workshops, and coordinate teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. FO Teaching, assessments, and support for employment integration 2. Workshop management and team coordination 3. Student selection with a focus on quality and strategy This is a Welding Instructor position to perform FO teaching, assessments, employment integration support, digital materials: pedagogical support, team coordination, workshop management, and student selection: quality and strategy. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering / Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Electricity and Maintenance, have over 5 years of professional experience, and possess teaching qualifications: Master’s in Teaching, CAP, CP Teaching, and \+800 accredited hours as an instructor for employment training. A 6-month temporary full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 09:00\-14:00 or 15:00 to 20:00. Workplace: Manresa. Salary: €3,000 gross per month.
