At **Alicante Hills Apartamentos Turísticos**, we are looking to welcome a maintenance professional to join our team and support the optimal functioning of our facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. * Inspect and repair electrical installations, plumbing, air conditioning (split-type), and minor repairs. * Ensure safety and proper condition of all facilities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in general maintenance (e.g., hotels, tourist apartments, or similar). * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning (split-type), and masonry. * Responsible, solution-oriented individual capable of working autonomously. * Availability to work specific hours and residence in Alicante or surrounding areas. **We Offer:** * Stable employment contract. * Full-time position. * Immediate start. * Positive work environment within an established team.
