Business opportunity identification You may use this description for HOORLI: POSITION: CLEANING AND QUALITY SUPERVISOR – HOORLI Position Objective Ensure the proper execution of cleaning services, customer satisfaction, and compliance with HOORLI’s quality standards by supervising the operational team and identifying opportunities for improvement and additional sales. Main Responsibilities Cleaning Service Supervision * Conduct periodic visits to recurring customers. * Verify the quality of completed work. * Correct deviations identified during services. * Ensure compliance with HOORLI protocols and standards. * Supervise general cleanings, post-tenant cleanings, and post-construction cleanings. Staff Management * Support onboarding and training of new hires. * Identify the team’s training needs. * Verify staff punctuality, uniform compliance, and professional appearance. * Resolve operational incidents occurring during services. Customer Service * Maintain direct contact with customers. * Identify additional cleaning or maintenance needs. * Manage complaints and incidents. * Propose prompt and effective solutions. Material Control * Review stock levels of products and materials. * Identify shortages and communicate restocking requirements. * Verify proper use of machinery and tools. Commercial Prospecting * Distribute promotional materials in strategic areas. * Identify business opportunities in residential communities, offices, and homes. * Report potential new clients to management. Document Control * Take photographs and videos before and after each supervision. * Prepare incident and improvement reports. * Record supervised services and actions taken. HOORLI Content Bank * Capture high-quality photographs and videos for social media. * Collect content from deep cleanings, post-construction cleanings, window cleanings, and special services. * Identify success stories for commercial and marketing initiatives. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of supervised services. * Customer satisfaction level. * Reduction in incidents. * Additional sales identified. * Compliance with scheduled visits. * Social media content generation. Recommended Requirements * Experience in professional cleaning or team supervision. * Organizational skills and ability to resolve incidents. * Strong interpersonal skills with customers and employees. * Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, photography, and online forms. * Availability to travel within the Community of Madrid. Work Schedule Flexible schedule based on operational needs and scheduled visits.
