Our purpose is to support people throughout the aging process to improve their well-being, generating personalized knowledge and services that promote their autonomy and dignity. Services are delivered across multiple levels of care, encompassing healthcare, social services, and disability support, under an integrated, person-centered model grounded in the principles of autonomy, dignity, and personalization. Within this endeavor, we are seeking a Geriatric Physician to help us address all upcoming challenges. The hospital has 116 beds distributed across three floors. It includes a rehabilitation\-orthogeriatrics unit, a convalescence unit, a palliative care unit (oncological and non-oncological), and a psychogeriatrics unit. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients. * Design stays or specialized programs for various aging-related conditions (e.g., exercises, therapies, etc.). * Establish patient health guidelines (e.g., nutrition, medications, etc.). * Coordinate and conduct patient follow-up with other professionals at the center. * Monitor treatments and prepare medical progress reports for patients. **Professional Profile:** * Degree/License in Medicine, with MIR specialization preferably in geriatrics or in family medicine/internal medicine. * Demonstrated professional experience in hospitals or residential care centers.
