The position is located in the industrial environment of the salt production sector. The main responsibilities revolve around the safe and efficient operation of specialized machinery, such as forklifts and salt harvesters. This role is essential for material handling operations—including loading, unloading, and transportation—within the facility. Work is conducted outdoors, implying exposure to weather conditions, primarily sunlight. A proactive and methodical attitude is required to maintain productivity and meet the production targets set for the harvesting campaign. The role directly contributes to the logistical flow of raw materials, ensuring that subsequent processes proceed without interruption. The work environment is dynamic and demands constant attention to operational safety procedures. Coordination with other team members is essential to optimize tasks and ensure a safe working environment. The nature of the role requires adaptability to different phases of the harvesting campaign, which may vary in intensity. Precision in operating machinery is crucial to prevent damage to materials and equipment. Temporary contract for the harvesting campaign, with an approximate duration from September 09, 2026 to November 20, 2026\. The working schedule is intensive, generally from 07:30 to 19:00, including one hour for lunch. The gross hourly wage for regular working hours is 11\.44 euros. A minimum of 10 hours per day is required; hours exceeding 8 per day are compensated at a gross rate of 10 euros per hour. There is the possibility of working on certain Saturdays, as needed during the campaign. A valid forklift operator license and demonstrable experience operating forklifts are required. Good physical condition, stamina, and tolerance for manual outdoor work under direct sunlight are mandatory. Commitment to completing the entire campaign within the scheduled timeframe will be valued. Personal transportation is required for commuting to the workplace.
