This position focuses on essential assembly activities within the automotive sector. The role involves actively participating in the production line, where precision and attention to detail are fundamental to ensuring the quality of the final product. Key tasks revolve around handling and positioning various automotive components, ensuring each part is correctly integrated into the overall assembly. Continuous verification of parts before and after assembly is an integral part of the job, directly contributing to quality control and production process efficiency. The work environment is dynamic and requires constant adaptability, as operations are carried out on a moving assembly line. The professional will be responsible for following established procedures and technical specifications for each assigned task. Additionally, they are expected to maintain a work pace aligned with production targets, closely collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure operational smoothness and agile resolution of any incidents that may arise during the shift. The operator's contribution is vital to the manufacturing cycle, as their work directly impacts subsequent stages of the production chain. The ability to work methodically and safely is highly valued, always adhering to industrial safety regulations and plant protocols. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a complex and specialized industrial process, where practical experience and manual dexterity are key elements for the success of daily operations. The working schedule is full-time and follows a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Friday, with general weekend rest. Due to the existence of a fourth shift, it may be necessary to work some Saturdays or, alternatively, Sunday night shifts. To compensate for weekend workdays, one day off is granted within the following week. Salary compensation is determined in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector. Availability to start work from February 2nd is required, along with prior experience working as an operator on a production line. It is mandatory to have a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Availability to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods is required. Prior experience specifically within the automotive sector will be considered an advantage. The minimum required educational level is primary education.
