Description
Nursing staff are required to meet the general, human, and healthcare needs of service users. Main responsibilities include: preparing and administering medications and treatments according to medical prescriptions; taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; and collaborating with the medical team in preparing materials and pharmaceuticals. Clinical records must also be managed, recording relevant data, and bedridden users must be attended to, including monitoring postural changes, meal service, and nasogastric or gastric tube feeding.
Additionally, personal hygiene of users, their medications, and food in rooms must be supervised, and healthcare needs of center staff must be addressed. Collaboration with the rehabilitation team is required; pharmacy orders, laboratory tests, and radiology requests must be carried out; and prescribed physical activities must be monitored for proper execution. Information regarding users' health status must be provided to families following medical guidelines, and the nursing auxiliary team must be coordinated in caregiving tasks.
An indefinite-term, full-time contract is offered, with working hours negotiable with the center, and a gross monthly salary of 1\.567,96 euros without pro-rata, in accordance with the VIII State Framework Agreement for Dependency Care Services. Holding a nursing degree or diploma is an essential requirement.
