DESCRIPTION Our client operates in the industrial sector and is a benchmark in the province of Castellón. You will primarily manage, at both industrial and commercial levels, the quarry/mine located near Tortosa (Tarragona) and will become part of the Executive Management Team of a major business group based in the province of Castellón. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the operational and business management of the plant, leading a team of approximately 15 professionals (maintenance, quarry, grinding, etc.). Your main responsibilities will include: * **Strategy and Business:** Operational and business leadership; management and monitoring of annual budgets and investments; commercial management support to expand market presence. * **Operational Efficiency: Production Planning.** Standardization of production processes and optimization of plant efficiency through definition and monitoring of KPIs. * **Cost Management:** Proposal of pricing structures and calculation of analytical costs. * **Key Relationships:** Supervision of engineering/maintenance departments and management of relationships with customers (both internal and within the group) and suppliers. * Supervision and control of **maintenance/engineering.** * **Mobility:** This position requires very occasional travel (approximately one visit per client per year) across Catalonia, Aragon, and the Valencian Community. Requirements: * **Education:** Industrial or Chemical Engineering degree preferred. Additional training in Commercial Management, Supply Chain, or an MBA would be highly valued. * **Experience:** Proven experience in Plant Management or Operations Management roles.
