Develop and execute commercial strategy in pharmacies **Description** --------------- We are looking for a Commercial Delegate (pharmacy channel) to join our sales team and develop the presence and sales of products from an established dermocosmetics laboratory. This is a stable opportunity within an established healthcare sector company, offering direct commercial responsibility over an assigned territory (Seville, Córdoba, and Cádiz), along with opportunities for professional growth. What will be your mission? Develop and execute the commercial strategy in pharmacies across the assigned territory, fostering strong relationships with pharmacy owners and pharmacy teams, increasing product turnover, and ensuring proper implementation of promotions and merchandising plans. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Commercial management and sales Merchandising and visibility Planning and reporting Prospecting and customer retention Coordination What profile are we looking for? A results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and commercial acumen, organized and proactive in account management and business development. Main Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy, parapharmacy, or similar channels. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and pharmacy sales dynamics. Negotiation skills and ability to build lasting commercial relationships. Availability to work in the field and own vehicle (or valid driver's license). Proficiency in office software and experience using CRM tools for reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Education in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Commerce. Prior experience with health, dermocosmetic, or dietary supplement brands. Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and operations.
