Summary: We are seeking a kitchen professional for a residence for individuals with cerebral palsy, responsible for nutrition, well-being, and hygiene, on a temporary replacement basis. Highlights: 1. Previous experience in kitchen work, preferably in similar facilities. 2. Organizational skills, teamwork, and initiative. 3. Commitment to food hygiene and safety. Workplace is a residence serving children and adolescents with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities, ensuring appropriate nutrition tailored to their needs and safeguarding well-being, hygiene, and quality of kitchen services. This is a temporary replacement position. • Preparation and cooking of meals according to established menus. • Organization and planning of kitchen tasks. • Supervision of food preparation, handling, and storage. • Quality control, hygiene, and food safety monitoring. • Coordination and support with the interdisciplinary team. • Inventory control, goods receipt, and product storage. • Stock management, order placement, and communication of purchasing needs. • Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment. • Daily sanitary water controls and corresponding record-keeping. • Ensuring compliance with health regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. * Experience: 2 years. • Minimum two years’ prior experience in similar settings is preferred. • Experience in facilities with similar characteristics is desirable. * Competencies / Knowledge: • Organizational and planning skills. • Teamwork ability. • Responsibility and autonomy. • Accuracy, cleanliness, and hygiene in food handling. • Keen sense of taste and smell. • Ability to work under pressure. • Initiative and incident resolution capability. • Commitment and proactive attitude. * Vehicle availability required. * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1436 * Other relevant information: • Valid criminal record certificate (APTE). • Preferably residing within the local comarca.
