We are looking for a motivated individual to join a Third Sector organization — Fundació Nen Déu — a canonical foundation with 134 years of service in Barcelona, specializing in support and accompaniment for people with intellectual disabilities. We seek someone who shares our values of social inclusion and wishes to contribute to improving the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities. We need to hire a person responsible for attracting corporate partners for our medical center, developing new business opportunities, and marketing the Foundation’s products and services. **FUNCTIONS** Main responsibilities include: \- Acquiring new corporate partners for the Foundation, both in terms of financial resources and securing employment opportunities for individuals at our occupational center. \- Expanding the sales network for products currently manufactured at our occupational center, especially olive oil and soap. \- Opening new sales channels for newly developed products. \- Coordinating, promoting, and monitoring the Nen Déu Health Card issued by our medical center. \- Expanding the network of collaborating businesses for our medical center through the Nen Déu Health Card. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial roles. Dynamic, motivated, and proactive individual. Ability to conduct commercial prospecting. Capacity to work autonomously. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365\. **WORKPLACE** Reports directly to the Foundation’s Director. Working hours: 40 hours per week, full-time, Monday to Friday (part-time may be considered). Workplace location: Barcelona city. Salary: Fixed salary according to collective agreement \+ variable compensation linked to achievement of commercial targets. Start date: September. Salary: €1,300.00–€1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
