Job Summary: We are seeking proactive staff with excellent customer service skills to work in a café, serving customers, preparing beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining order and cleanliness. Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends. We are looking for staff to work in a café located in Tordesillas. Main responsibilities include serving customers both at the counter and in the dining area, ensuring they enjoy a pleasant experience. This includes preparing and serving coffee, other beverages, and various snacks. Handling the cash register, processing payments, and keeping displayed products well-stocked are also required. Additionally, maintaining order and cleanliness in both the work area and the entire premises is essential to create an inviting atmosphere. Staff will also participate in other general tasks necessary to ensure efficient service and consistently high quality. It is important to perform well during busy periods and peak hours, ensuring smooth and professional operations. We seek a motivated individual eager to work in the hospitality industry and who enjoys interacting with people. Proactivity and strong customer service orientation are highly valued to consistently meet customer needs. Schedules are rotating and may include weekends and public holidays, adapting to business requirements and covering all opening hours.
