Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking an Architect to support construction projects, performing execution control, measurements, certifications, drawings, budgets, and tendering. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution control of units carried out with in-house resources and subcontractors. 2. Conducting measurements, certifications, drawings, and budgets. 3. Development of Occupational Health and Safety Plans and Quality Plans. Architect \- Támega Base Improvement Project (Verín, Ourense) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire an Architect to provide on-site support for construction projects. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ourense **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Execution control of units carried out with in-house resources and subcontractors * Conducting measurements and certifications of construction work * Preparing drawings and budgets * Developing Occupational Health and Safety Plans and Quality Plans * Managing tenders and minor contracts **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Official university degree classified under MECES Level 3 in Architecture or another officially recognized university degree qualifying the holder to practice the regulated profession of Architect (degree homologated in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum two years of professional experience in construction project management as an Architect or Senior Technician ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license Type B, currently in force **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited course in Presto (minimum 30 hours) * Accredited course in the Spanish Technical Building Code (minimum 30 hours) * Accredited course in AutoCAD (minimum 30 hours) * Accredited course in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum 50 hours) ### **Prior Experience** * Between two and four years of professional experience in construction project management as an Architect or Senior Technician (documented work experience) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 3 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule The application period will remain open from today, 08/05/2026, until 18/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
