Description
The administrative assistant position is essential for the organization's daily operations, covering a range of core administrative tasks. Competent database management is required, including data entry, updating, and extraction, as well as generating periodic reports. File management—both physical and digital—and handling basic communications are also part of the role's responsibilities. The position demands strong organizational skills and precision in information handling to ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and accurately. The person in this role will work in a dynamic environment, supporting various departments with their administrative needs and ensuring documentation is always in order. Additionally, they will participate in preparing internal documents and coordinating logistical arrangements for meetings or minor events, always under supervision. Adaptability and proactivity are key to integrating effectively into the team and contributing to the office's overall functioning.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:30, and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00\. The annual gross salary offer is €19,700, with the possibility of permanent employment following an initial evaluation period.
Previous experience in administrative roles is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel—including pivot tables, complex formulas, and report creation. Database management knowledge is necessary, and a minimum educational qualification is Compulsory Secondary Education or a vocational training program (FP) related to the administrative field.
