Description
The position involves performing essential administrative tasks to ensure the daily operational functionality of the office. This includes handling telephone and email communication, managing incoming inquiries, and efficiently routing information to the relevant departments. Additionally, order management, delivery note issuance, and invoicing are required, ensuring that all documentation processes are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Another core responsibility is inventory control, using spreadsheets to maintain an up-to-date record of stock levels and conducting periodic follow-ups. Organizing and maintaining the company's physical and digital archives also falls within the scope of this role, along with coordinating commercial visits and supporting general administrative tasks. The offered contract is indefinite and full-time (40 hours per week), with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Salary is determined according to the applicable collective agreement, amounting to €1,221 gross per month, paid in 14 annual installments, within a professional, accessible, and adaptable work environment.
