The responsibilities will be as follows: * Facilitate agile processes within Scrum teams: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Act as a servant leader supporting Product Owners and development teams by removing impediments and fostering collaboration. * Promote agile best practices, principles, and values across teams and the organization. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—including senior management—ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies. * Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and project metrics. * Support teams in adopting agile tools and techniques: backlog management, user story refinement, and sprint planning. * Drive team agile maturity through coaching, training, and mentoring. * Support scaling agile practices across multiple teams and projects. **Requirements** What are we looking for? * 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments, with deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies. * Proficiency with agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and digital project management. * Valid certifications: software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and digital project management. * Additional certifications: Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies. * Required language: English. **Additional Information** What do we offer you? * Permanent contract and full-time employment * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
