WE ARE LOOKING FOR: In Magic World, we need to incorporate a Maître into our hotel establishments in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a dynamic environment and become part of a continuously growing company. Contract Type: Fixed-term intermittent contract. Working Hours: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Compliance with standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to established quality and service standards. * Management of the restaurant dining room team: supervision of service. * Reviewing reservations and organizing table assignments. * Advising guests and taking orders. * Monitoring inventory levels of restaurant warehouse products. Requirements * Education: High school diploma or vocational training related to the position. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the role, preferably in high-volume hotels (serving many guests). * Good command of English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage. * Customer-oriented mindset with a highly operational profile. * Strong commercial skills. * Leadership capabilities for team management. * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management.
