Then you could be the person we’re looking for! **Who are you?** We seek someone with extensive experience in payroll processing in Spain and a strong understanding of Spanish labor legislation. You are characterized by your professionalism, systematic approach, and high quality standards. You are responsible, organized, and enjoy working with processes, data, and coordinating across multiple teams. Additionally: * You have **at least 5 years of payroll experience** (retail sector experience will be valued). * You have an **advanced level of English** (spoken and written). * You are accustomed to working to **high professional standards**. * You possess strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic. * You are motivated to learn, improve processes, and consistently achieve the best possible outcomes. * You thrive in positive, informal, and collaborative work environments. **What will you do?** As a **Payroll Partner** at NORMAL, you will experience varied days and serve as a key contributor to our growth in Spain. Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing the monthly payroll process for Spain. * Managing sick leave and vacation absences. * Updating and monitoring Social Security-related matters. * Updating and supporting HR and time-tracking systems. * Providing telephone and email support to Regional Managers and Store Managers. * Collaborating closely with the Payroll team at headquarters in Denmark **Are you interested?** Send us your application today!
