Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Technician to manage hiring processes, assist with payroll processing, handle medical leave administration, and provide internal advisory support on labor matters. Flexible working hours A leading company in the automotive aftermarket sector, with over 180 sales points and continuous growth both nationally and internationally, is looking for a Labor Technician. Responsibilities: - Manage the entire hiring process: Social Security communications, preparation of employment contracts - Assist in payroll processing: Calculation of salaries considering all applicable variables - Manage medical leaves: Administration of Temporary Disability Certificates (FIE), leaves for childcare, reporting of work-related accidents - Advise internal clients on labor relations matters - Manage payroll-related data and reporting: IRPF withholdings, disabilities, overtime hours, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in similar roles, preferably within end-user companies. * Degree in Human Resources Management * Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Labor Management * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Training in labor relations or related fields. Experience in similar positions, preferably within end-user companies. Knowledge and experience in payroll processing, hiring procedures, administrative tasks, labor formalities, and Social Security. Organizational and planning skills, as well as internal customer service orientation. Interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities. Professional ethics. Commitment to the organization.
