Participation in continuous improvement projects and professional development **About Us** We are a business consulting firm specializing in **worker cooperatives and the social economy.** Our work model combines: * High technical expertise * Client-centered advisory services * A continuous improvement methodology based on **Lean Office** We work with organizations that believe in **shared responsibility, transparency, and sustainable corporate development.** We seek to incorporate a **Labor Technical Consultant** who wishes to build their career in a professional, collaborative, and continuously improving environment. **Job Mission** Your mission will be to **ensure the proper technical-labor management of client companies**, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement of labor-related processes. **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will perform, among others, the following duties: * Comprehensive management of the **entire labor lifecycle** for assigned companies. * Processing **registrations, deregistrations, and modifications in the RED System.** * Preparation, review, and control of **payrolls and social security contributions.** * Management of labor contracts. * Calculation and settlement of severance payments. * Management of temporary disabilities, maternity/paternity leave, and work-related accidents. * Interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements. * Resolution of labor-related incidents. * Technical support and advisory services to clients. * Handling labor audits and inspection requests. * Participation in internal process improvement and procedure standardization. **Candidate Profile** We seek a candidate with solid technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a client-oriented mindset.
