We are offering 1 temporary contract for a HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATION TECHNICIAN position in Santa Coloma de Gramenet. A university bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Labour Sciences and/or Labour Relations (or equivalent) is mandatory. Catalan language proficiency at C1 level. Minimum professional experience of 12 months. \- Administer and monitor personnel administration matters and related incidents: Monitor the preparation and processing of the company's monthly payroll for employees. Monitor the preparation and processing of administrative personnel documentation, including employment contracts, extensions, annexes, employee registrations and cancellations, income certificates, and the calculation of social security and occupational accident contributions. \- Monitor the established labour calendar and working hours, absences, holidays, personal matters, as well as other permissions and leaves granted to staff. \- Address employee inquiries regarding their relationship with the company. \- Manage and update human resources planning and organizational tools: maintain up-to-date records of job positions and their descriptive job profiles. \- Review and monitor other organizational instruments such as: organizational chart, general selection criteria, job pools, and equality plan. \- Draft selection criteria for personnel recruitment and manage related processes. \- Collaborate in labour relations management by participating in meetings with stakeholders involved in collective bargaining matters: attend meetings with the Works Council; advise and inform employee representatives; coordinate and supervise trade union election processes. \- Participate in the development of projects related to people management and organizational structure * 12 months of experience in the tasks described. * Bachelor's degree in Labour Sciences / Labour Relations * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: C1 level in Catalan \- Knowledge of labour legislation and social security regulations. \- Knowledge of human resources administration and management. \- Knowledge of quality standards and processes. \- Training in occupational risk prevention. \- User-level computer skills: word processors, databases, spreadsheets. \- Competencies: organization, technical ability, problem-solving, citizen orientation, responsibility, and empathy. * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary of 2434 * Additional relevant information: Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00, with statutory breaks.
