If you are passionate about human resources and have extensive experience in corporate labor management, this is your opportunity! We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Finance, or a related field, who can bring experience in payroll processing and labor administration for SMEs. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Join a team composed of social graduates and lawyers specialized in labor administration. * Participate in the labor management of a client portfolio spanning highly diverse sectors and company sizes (self-employed individuals, SMEs, large corporations, etc.). * Provide advisory services on employment matters, hiring, payroll, and Social Security. * Support the preparation of payrolls, social security contributions, and severance settlements. * Draft and manage employment contracts. * Submit communications to the Spanish Public Employment Service (SEPE) and carry out procedures via the RED system, as well as handle official agency formalities. * Support quarterly and annual reporting of labor-related taxes. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a leading company in its sector, with a rapidly growing department. * A company delivering high-value solutions to clients, leveraging innovative technological tools. * A young and dynamic work environment, characterized by an intense pace of work. * Professional growth within a company committed to diversity and sustainability. You will interact directly with clients and handle a high volume of requests; therefore, planning ability and performance under pressure are essential. * University degree in Business Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, or a related field. * Experience with labor management software. Experience with SUASOR is highly valued. * Motivation to join a stable project and interest in developing your career within the labor field. * Geographic proximity is mandatory (Igualada or surrounding areas).
