Teamwork skills and strong communication As a Labor Management Technician at SOLER ASESORES, you will undertake a variety of personnel administration tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include payroll management, processing registrations and deregistrations with Social Security, providing labor-related advisory services, and resolving human resources-related incidents. This is a full-time position to be performed on-site at our offices in Oliva. Requirements Position: SOCIAL GRADUATE OR HUMAN RESOURCES DEGREE Responsibilities Knowledge and experience in payroll and social security management. Ability to provide advisory services on labor and human resources regulations. Skills in processing registrations and deregistrations with Social Security and resolving incidents. Additional competencies—such as teamwork ability, strong communication, and a customer-oriented approach—are highly valued. Familiarity with and experience using the A3NOM or A3INNUVA payroll software will be considered an advantage, as will knowledge of the Special Citrus and Agricultural Regime, although neither is mandatory.
