




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced labor administrative assistant to manage payroll, employment-related procedures, and provide legal-labor advisory services within a consultancy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full payroll management and Social Security procedures. 2. In-depth knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and legal-labor advisory services. 3. Experience with key industry tools (SILTRA, Sistema RED, etc.). We are looking for an experienced labor administrative assistant to join a labor consultancy team. Main responsibilities include full payroll management for companies, handling employee registrations, deregistrations, and modifications in the Social Security system. The role also covers all employment-related procedures, including contract modifications and terminations, as well as drafting annexes and other contractual documents. Thorough knowledge of collective bargaining agreements is essential, including the ability to break them down and fully understand their provisions. Additionally, the ability to advise clients on legal-labor matters with persuasive argumentation is highly valued. A minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles is required, along with mastery of the full payroll cycle and hands-on experience with tools such as Monitor Informática, SILTRA, Sistema RED, Netcontrata, DELT@, mutual insurance platforms, IT management, maternity/paternity leave processing, wage garnishments, and filing tax forms 111/190\.
