




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive warehouse and dispatch management, supervising inventories, organization, product quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management: raw materials, intermediates, and finished products 2. Coordination and supervision of loading, unloading, and physical inventories 3. Ensuring quality, food safety, and occupational risk prevention **Fixed afternoon shift: 14:00 \- 22:00** Own vehicle or means to reach the industrial park (no public transportation available) WAREHOUSES * Manage documentation system for warehouses handling raw materials, intermediate products, packaging materials, and finished products, providing stock availability information. * Plan available storage space for products and materials to maximize utilization and accessibility based on conditions and load requirements. · Actively plan storage spaces to minimize unnecessary movements and reduce potential picking errors. · Coordinate and supervise loading and unloading operations. * Coordinate and direct physical inventories. Conduct continuous inventories so that all products and references stored in warehouses are reviewed quarterly, verifying that computerized stock levels match actual stock. * Maintain warehouses in order, according to designated zone layout and labeling. * Keep production facilities free of pallets carrying finished goods destined for warehouse storage. * Ensure all products are correctly identified with their corresponding codes and, where applicable, maintain documented traceability. * Responsible for collecting manufacturing overages and restocking them in their designated locations. DISPATCHES * Apply and ensure application of all procedures related to goods handling and delivery, in compliance with food safety and occupational risk prevention legislation, as well as company-defined quality and safety criteria. * Comply with and ensure compliance with all established administrative and documentation workflows. QUALITY AND SAFETY * Systematically inspect stored products for deterioration due to age, and report findings to Quality and Safety Control for appropriate verification. * Supervise that storage, preparation, packaging, special wrapping, manual finishing of finished products, and loading processes are performed without altering product conditions and while maintaining quality and safety standards. Must have own vehicle for commuting and **forklift operator license.**
