Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Technician to provide comprehensive support to the People Department, contributing to the well-being and development of the team within a solid and dynamic project. What will be your mission? You will join the Human Resources Department, providing comprehensive support to the People Department and contributing to the well-being, development, and growth of the company's workforce. Main Responsibilities: * Administrative personnel management: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, incidents, attendance tracking, etc. * Support in recruitment and onboarding processes. * Coordination and follow-up of training initiatives and internal development. * Document management and coordination with the mutual insurance company and occupational risk prevention. * Participation in HR Department improvement projects. * Support for workplace climate and employee well-being initiatives. Requirements: * Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel management. * Proficiency in Excel and HR tools. * Organized, solution-oriented, and team-focused individual. * Experience in agri-food companies or environments with a large workforce is highly valued.
