This role is for you. At **Fairson Inventaire**, we conduct inventories for over 650 companies and retail chains across Spain and Europe. This role will allow you to develop diverse skills through direct field engagement and daily exposure to varied situations. **Candidate Profile** * Resident in **Terrassa** or surrounding areas. * Valid **Class B driver’s license** required (company vehicle provided). * No prior experience needed: we will train you on our tools, methodologies, and best practices. We seek individuals who are: * Autonomous, rigorous, and organized. * Skilled at building customer relationships. * Capable of coordinating and motivating teams. **What You Will Learn or Develop in This Role** * Autonomy in managing inventories. * Team management competencies (up to 12 people). * Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other supervisors, depending on the size and complexity of inventories. * Communication skills, especially in customer interactions. * Adaptability, responsiveness, and initiative. * Organizational sense and ability to prioritize tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare inventories (materials and zone allocation). * Train, supervise, and support inventory teams. * Monitor inventory execution and ensure its reliability. * Adjust strategy to guarantee quality and productivity. * Act as the client’s on-site contact person and ensure their satisfaction. * Deliver final inventory results and documentation. **Working Conditions** * Variable working hours (early mornings or afternoons/evenings depending on assignments), primarily on weekdays. * Frequent travel, sometimes spanning several days with overnight stays in hotels. * Constant adaptation to diverse environments and teams. * Primarily field-based work, in sales or storage areas. **What We Offer** * **Comprehensive training** and practical on-site mentoring. * Salary: **€18,660 gross annually** (with rapid salary progression) + monthly quality and performance bonuses. * Company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop provided. * **Full coverage of travel expenses** (fuel, tolls, hotel, etc.). * Daily allowance of up to **€35**. * A **close-knit, human-centered work environment**, where achievements are recognized. * **Fast promotion and professional development opportunities**, aligned with your progress and results.
