Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring prevention and repair of incidents at retail locations, coordinating third parties and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible working hours 2. Extensive training catalog Reporting to the Area Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring prevention and resolution of incidents arising from retail locations, coordinating third-party actions for resolution, tracking service costs, and proposing process optimizations and improvements. **Key Details:** * Working hours: 39 hours per week with flexible schedule. * Location: Alicante. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Ensure and coordinate maintenance and repair work across all stores. * Monitor and manage incidents occurring in our stores. * Track maintenance service costs and quality. * Monitor invoicing and discrepancies to correct expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities across various maintenance areas. * Ensure quality of work performed by third parties on company premises. * Guarantee that third parties involved in store maintenance comply with applicable legislation as well as company-established standards and procedures regarding occupational risk prevention and profit protection. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Proficiency in Google Workspace. * Advanced Excel skills. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Ticketing system experience. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of lifting systems and conveyor belts. **What We Offer:** * Annual performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Flexible compensation (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation allowance, childcare support, etc.). * Employee discount. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment (JD Group). * Extensive training catalog covering both hard and soft skills (languages, technical training, etc.). * On-site sports facilities. **About the Group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have grown into a destination for those passionate about sport and sportswear.
