We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst / Security Engineer with experience in Microsoft security technologies to join our SOC and cybersecurity operations team. The role combines incident monitoring and investigation functions with active participation in technical initiatives aimed at improving security posture, detection capabilities, and operational maturity of the environment. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with SOC, systems, infrastructure, and cloud teams to investigate threats, enhance visibility, automate processes, and support the implementation of security controls in Microsoft environments. **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Investigating and responding to security incidents using Microsoft Sentinel. * Performing advanced analysis and correlation of alerts from Microsoft Defender and other security technologies. * Conducting threat hunting and proactive detection activities. * Developing and enhancing detection rules, analytics, and monitoring use cases. * Participating in security improvement initiatives: * Automation via Logic Apps / SOAR. * Optimization of logging and visibility. * Development and refinement of detection capabilities. * Implementation and enhancement of security controls. * Collaborating with infrastructure, systems, and cloud teams to support secure configurations and operational improvements. * Contributing to the evolution of SOC procedures, workflows, and capabilities. * Clearly communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of professional experience. * Prior experience in SOC environments (L2 or advanced L1 profile with analytical capability). * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel and KQL. * Operational knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR technologies. * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 from an administration and security perspective. * Solid foundation in: * Windows systems. * Networks and communications. * Identity and access control. * Analytical and investigative capability. * Technical autonomy and problem-solving ability. **Required Technologies:** * Security platforms * Microsoft Sentinel * Microsoft Defender for Endpoint * Microsoft Defender XDR * Microsoft Defender for Identity * Microsoft Defender for Cloud * Cloud and infrastructure * Microsoft Azure * Microsoft 365 * Active Directory * Microsoft Entra ID * **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract and stable project within a growing company in the Microsoft ecosystem. * 25 working days of vacation, plus December 24th and 31st — recognized as company-wide holidays — and additionally, the afternoon of your birthday is yours to take off! * 100% free medical and dental insurance. * Remote work and flexible hours. * Professional development and continuous training, including official Microsoft certifications. * Direct access to Microsoft programs and resources (MCAPS, partner enablement). * Access to a flexible compensation plan.
