Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Systems Technician to install, configure, and maintain video surveillance, intrusion detection, and access control systems, including diagnosing and resolving technical incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) 2. Field diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents 3. Configuration of equipment and associated software in security systems Do you have experience installing and maintaining security systems? Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Security Systems Technician** for our client’s facilities in **Valencia (Picanya)**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Video surveillance (CCTV), Intrusion detection systems (alarms), Access control systems; inspection and diagnosis of technical incidents at facilities. * Verification of proper operation of cameras, recorders, sensors and detectors, and communications. * Support in executing security enhancement projects for venues. * Collaboration in preparing basic technical reports. * Basic configuration of equipment and associated software. * Support in reviewing fog machines and other electronic security systems. * Compliance with technical procedures and guidelines established by the department. * Coordination with external suppliers under supervision. * Recording of interventions (start time, end time, and work performed). **REQUIREMENTS** * Education in Telecommunications, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. * Prior experience in security and video surveillance systems. * Knowledge of cabling installation and technical assembly. * Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual. **Technical Knowledge:** * Networks (IP, routers, switches). * Configuration of cameras and recorders. * Knowledge of security regulations. * Residence in the Valencia area or nearby. * Teamwork capability. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Salary: approx. €23\-25K. * Working hours: Monday to Friday.
